  • Can I opt out of this Resident Benefits Package?
    If a resident chooses to Opt-Out of any of Next Brick benefits listed above, the resident shall still be responsible for paying the monthly cost for the Resident Benefits Package as provided on the Residential Lease Agreement.
  • How many air filters will I receive?
    At Move-in Next Brick will provide 4 Air Filters, Next Brick will install the first filter and residents are responsible to replace the future filters. It is expected to replace the filter at least every three months.
  • Does Next Brick Report credit to all three credit bureaus?
    Yes, Next Brick will report credit to all three credit bureaus. The opt-out option of credit reporting is not available.
  • What kind of Insurance does Next Brick and Next Brick Brokerage, Inc have?
    Next Brick along with Next Brick Brokerage, Inc, we carry liability and Error and Omission insurance.
  • Is Next Brick a Washington Local Company?
    Yes, Our head office is based in Bellevue, WA, with our other office in Mountlake Terrace, WA.
  • What are your fees?
    We pride ourselves on offering a Full-Service Property Management service for 6% of the month's rent. Full pricing is available on our pricing page.

    Yes, we welcome Section 8 tenants for all our properties. However, Section 8 tenants must also meet our additional screening criteria.

    Yes, we are a licensed agent and registered brokerage with the state of Washington.

  • Can you deposit money directly into my account?
    Yes, we initiate transfers to the owner's account by the 10th of the month and typically complete deposits within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
    No, we handle the review and signing of the lease on your behalf.
  • Do you sell real estate as well?
    No, our focus is solely on property management. "Property management is what we do, not something we do."
  • What is the typical lease duration you sign?
    Generally, we sign leases for 12 months, but if you have specific requirements, please inform us.
  • How much is the security deposit charged to the tenant?
    Typically, the security deposit is one month's rent. However, in certain cities, local laws may dictate a different security deposit amount.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?
