Can I opt out of this Resident Benefits Package?If a resident chooses to Opt-Out of any of Next Brick benefits listed above, the resident shall still be responsible for paying the monthly cost for the Resident Benefits Package as provided on the Residential Lease Agreement.

How many air filters will I receive?At Move-in Next Brick will provide 4 Air Filters, Next Brick will install the first filter and residents are responsible to replace the future filters. It is expected to replace the filter at least every three months.

Does Next Brick Report credit to all three credit bureaus?Yes, Next Brick will report credit to all three credit bureaus. The opt-out option of credit reporting is not available.

Is it mandatory for me to make my property available to Section 8 tenants?Yes, we welcome Section 8 tenants for all our properties. However, Section 8 tenants must also meet our additional screening criteria.
